It was in 1959 that Mr. DELAHAIE took over the family farm located in Epernay. As soon as he arrives, he decides to make his champagne with the help of an oenologist. He makes this champagne known to private customers. Without a direct descendant, he decided to sell the estate to his nephew Jacques BROCHET in 1988. Shortly after the takeover, Jacques BROCHET decided to personally take care of the vinification. He began by buying barrels for aging wines for cellaring.   Then he modifies the blends by seeking the typicity of the terroir and of the three Champagne grape varieties which are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. From 1994, Champagne DELAHAIE was selected by the Guide Hachette des Vins de France. In 1998, he obtained the Silver Medal of the world selection of Montreal (Canada). The ASIA WINE AWARDS ‘DECANTER’ awarded him a Bronze Medal in 2016.
