Our Pineapple Brandy is an innovative approach to the tradition of eau de vies. The global nature of the modern day allows us to have access to fruit from across the globe. As a result we will continue to try new things and attempt to stir up the world of eau de vies. We followed our traditional practices and methods in its making, but the result is anything but ordinary.
