No malolactic fermentation takes place in order to preserve the purity of fruit. The wine is then aged for four to six months on its lees to provide extra depth and complexity. Intense aromas of grapefruits, peach with notes of rose and aniseed. Smooth on the palate with a good acidity. A joyful and refreshing wine! ABV: 13.5%

This small family owned and operated winery covers two hectares of vines from some of the finest terroirs of Rías Baixas. All their wines undertake fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
