Winemaking

The individual lots of wine were racked at the completion of malolactic fermentation in the winter following harvest. Each lot was then aged separately until late fall of 2016 when the components were thoughtfully evaluated and each was meticulously selected for its individual contribution to the overall painstakingly handcrafted blend.
