1. Eligibility: This contest is open to a Whiskey Bank Viewer. This contest is open to U.S residents who are at least 21 years of age at the time of their purchase. This campaign is not open to residents who reside in AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, IL, IO, KY,MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NH, NM, ND, OK, PA,SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating in this contest (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. The winner will receive one bottle of Evan William Single Barrel Vintage 2015 (Estimated Value $40). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for GABA APP to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry of purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: A winner will be selected at random and notified via email. If the winner selected does not reside in a state where the prize can be shipped a new winner will be selected at random.
